While most of the Chinese restaurants that have sprouted up all over Paris are decidedly mediocre (except those in Chinatown), this tiny place is a standout. For one, it specializes in homemade noodles garnished with ingredients and flavors from Sichuan province. The wheat-based noodles, which are flavored with carrots, beets, or spinach, come in a bouquet of colors, and appear in a variety of dishes like caramelized beef with bean sprouts and chives, or chopped pork, chili sauce, peanuts, and coriander. The staff is young and modern; you might dine to the sounds of Chinese soul or rap music. If the room is full you can get take-out.
