Somewhere while hosting his successful late-night talk show, Las Vegas native Jimmy Kimmel found the time to create his own comedy club in 2019. He designed a two-story, 300-person, 8,000-square-foot showroom, accented with memorabilia from his career, across from the Brooklyn Bowl on the LINQ Promenade. Kimmel even selected a small-bites menu of handheld dishes—think sliders and Neapolitan-style pizza—so that the clinking of utensils doesn’t distract the audience. The bar opens at 4pm, offering creative cocktails named for some of the comedian’s favorite people (like the tequila-based Guillermo, his sidekick on his show) and his favorite Vegas places (as in the vodka-and-ginger-beer-infused Neon Boneyard), presumably to lube you up for the funny people he and his team have curated to headline. But sorry, Jimmy Kimmel Live! fans, the man himself likely won’t be performing here, though surprise guests could stop in from time to time. Shows are held Thursday through Sunday at 8pm, with additional shows Friday and Saturday at 10pm.
