From as Low as $899, You Can Spend a Lazy, Beachy Week in a French Polynesian Paradise

Originally planned as a January-only special, Tahiti Vacations is now selling its weeklong packages to the utopias of Tahiti, Moorea and Bora Bora for travel all the way through March. This deal is entirely affordable, so our crystal ball says spaces will sell out quickly.

The packages consist of Corsair flights, accommodations for seven nights in Sofitel properties, all luxury-class hotels and morning meals. A week at the Sofitel Maeva Beach on Tahiti itself starts from $899, while the Sofitel Ia Ora on Moorea runs from $999. Going farther afield, to exotic Bora Bora, will cost you from $1,499 to stay a week at the Sofitel Marara.

All lodging is in oceanfront properties with upgrades available to Lagoon or Panoramic views in Tahiti. Upgrades are available to beach or overwater bungalows on Moorea and Bora Bora. Daily breakfast is included at all properties as well as all transfers and baggage handling. Inter-island travel is also provided to Moorea and far-away Bora Bora. Single supplements are $390 for Maeva Beach, $430 for Ia Ora and $770 for Marara.

You'll have a Sunday departure on Corsair. The package is valid from through March 31, 2003. Airport departure tax, approximately $64, is not included. The prices are per person, sharing a room (double occupancy). No extensions or other island combinations are available at these prices.
