We are thinking about booking a 20 day tour to australia & new Zealand wiith Smartours for March 2011. Anyone been there with Smartours?

I once booked a hotel in Canberra (probably 1 - 2 years ago) through the Qantas website. When we got there the hotel did not have our booking. I'm not sure whether the problem was Qantas or the hotel. I have not tried Qantas hotel bookings since.
Anyone traveled with Smartours to Australia & New Zealand? Please let me know as much as possible about the trip. I have traveled with them 4 times, & was satisfied.
I will be going in March. If you go before then please let me know your thoughts, if after I will let you know. Looking at optional tours other companies have on web-don't know if I should use them or Smartours. Any advise? Others give more for about same cost.
We may be on the same tour- leaving LAX Weds? have booked a couple of independent tours that seemed to be a better deal. can certainly give you more information if we connect before the trip.
