Hello –

My husband and I are planning a 3.5 day trip (our first without our 1 year old son) to Turks and Caicos. We want to relax and just enjoy the beauty of the island without feeling crowded. Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated! Here is what we were thinking so far:

Leaving in Feb. (will it be really crowded?)

Looking to stay at the Sands at Grace Bay…is this a good choice? We want a place that is secluded, but still walking/within reasonable distance to local places to eat. And a place that isn’t going to break the bank!

Any recommendations on local places to eat? One place I saw in a review was Smokies?

Excursions? I read that Feb. is during the largest Atlantic whale migration. Any ideas on whale watching or other places to try and view?

Really, any advice or help would be appreciated!
