Just Starting to Plan a Two Week Trip in April.

Hello! My husband and I (early 30's) are looking to spend two weeks exploring Belize in April. We really are JUST starting. I like the lidea of the Frommer's In Two Weeks, but it really doesnt give us the planning details we need. We want to see the wildlife, culture, history of Belize and hopefully Tikal, but we also want about 5 days on a gorgeous beach to relax and snorkel. We love good good and drinks, and we are willing to pay more for higher end accomodations. We are experienced travellers and have traveled Europe and done an African safari together, but Belize will be completely new to both of us.

Any suggestions on how to plan all this would be appreciated, or is there a link you can share, tour company your recommend to help arrange, or a tour book you all recommend? We really liked rick steve's books in Europe.
