Solo visit to Belize in April for 6 days.. Itinerary help please?

Hi all. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. So this is my idea

Arrive in Belize city at 2pm.. To to San Ignacio ( still looking for a budget hotel or jungle hotel for this night)
Day 2 (carosol- Rio Frio cave) second night in San Ignacio
Day 3 day trip to Tikal
Day 4 San Pedro area for swimming with some nurse sharks and such
Day 5 relaxing a bit and open for some other adventure..
Day 6 sadly preparing to leave this beautiful country
Please tell me if this is workable or what I can add or change.. I'm open to suggestions...

How are you planning on getting around? Bus, shuttle, rental car? Flying or water taxi from Belize City to Ambergris?

You'll be busy while you're in San Ignacio. A day of relaxing, wandering, exploring on Ambergris may be a good thing.

Hey Jeanh... I plan on using the shuttle bus and water taxis. I was just looking at a Map of Belize to understand there locations. It seems do able. In Spain I learned the train system in a flash because I like to be in the mix of everything.
