My husband and I are visitng Paris for our Honeymoon the second week of Semptember and are planning to have a romantic dinn er at Le Jules Verne. I understand they have a prix fixe menu for lunch. Does anyone know the cost of this and if this prix fixe menu is available on weekends?

I had lunch at Jules Verne on Friday and confirm that it was a wonderful experience. However, I wanted to point out that the prix fixe menu is only on the first page of the menu and is not in English, but French (even on the English menu). If you order from the inside of the menu (on which prices are not listed) be prepared-lunch for two adults and one child with 1/2 bottle of wine, appetizers for 2, entrees for 3, and one desert came to over 400 euro. I don't mean to dissuade anyone from going to Jules Verne as the food, service, and atmosphere were truly excellent but want to make sure that everyone knows what they are getting into.

Hi Always Planning: We leave on September 8th for France, also have a reservation at Le Jules Verne for lunch. How much was the prixe fixe lunch when you were there Friday? Thanks for the tip about the prixe fixe menu being on the first page!
