If you have the address or even just the postcode you can locate it exactly on Streetmap and see where it is in relation to everything:   http://www.streetmap.co.uk/

Google will find it for you too with just the postcode but I find Streetmap is better for things like train stations.

The nearest useful train station to get you to London is Plymouth, about 12 miles from the B&B.  Trains from Plymouth take about 3½ hours to get to London.  Ivybridge is a much closer station, but most of the express trains don't stop there so you'ld have to take a local back to Plymouth anyway, which would mean a 4½  hour journey.

The B&B is located in an area called the South Hams, a really beautiful part of South Devon.  It has a remote feel, with tiny narrow roads, very confusing to drive. I don't know your B&B, but if I were to stay in the area again, I would stay closer to the coast, looking at such places as Hope Cove, Thurlstone, Salcombe, Bigbury-on-Sea.
