Sienna Reid made the booking process so easy. I explained to her that I would be traveling with an older couple as well as a four year old. She assured me that the guide would personalize the tour to meet our needs: both the physical challenges and keeping a four year old interested. Their guides are all English speaking and will customize tours based on your interests. Sienna set up payment through paypal which was very helpful too.
Our guide, Anne, met us at our hotel and we began our journey. Anne is from the U.S. and fell in love with Rome after a semister abroad. Her knowledge and passion for the arts brought such deep perspective to our tour! She pointed out so many things we would've missed on our own. And because it was a private tour, we could stop off for gelato or a quick shopping purchase whenever the mood struck. Anne knew little tips and tricks that helped us avoid long lines. And when we needed to call in the help of a driver for day two, it was handled promptly and efficiently. The van was new, clean, and very comfortable.
I would highly recommend booking a private group tour with ItalyHotline. www.italyhotline.com
Saw exactly the same post on another board (where the name starts with the letter F) and somebody had already posted a question about this, wondering if this is a genuine post or...? Made me wonder, too.

I'm pretty sure it's spam. This is their only post, and it's to only to praise, in great detail, a single service.
Every once in awhile I check for reviews about our tours on the internet. I came to this post from a very satisfied client and then saw the comments below it doubting its authenticity. I would like you to know that we at Italy Hotline have never posted a fake 'review' of one of our tours- we do not need to do this. Only our past clients post reviews. I know that many other companies make fake reviews and post them on travel sites in order to boost their ratings but this is absolutely against our philosophy. We do write every client to ask about their tours that they took with us and love to hear about how happy everyone is. The rare times that there has been a problem we are glad to hear from our clients so that we can make sure that our tours hold up to the very high standard that I have for my company. When we hear from clients we do ask our clients to post a review of our tours and customer service if they have time, but of course it is up to the client to decide whether they want to do this or not and where to post a review. We also feature our customer comments on our website because we are so proud to offer excellent tours and customer service and to receive so many great reviews.
