Do tented camps have electrical outlets?

Trying to plan a trip to Botswana that can accommodate a CPAP machine requiring electricity (5-6 hours of daytime generator would work to charge the battery for nighttime use). I'm interested in a mid-priced experience staying in tents in 2-3 locations, (e.g., Moremi, Chobe). Do tented camps have electrical outlets in the tents? Thanks to all responders--going to Botswana is my dream.

Ours did not and we stayed at a few very nice places in the O. Delta and in Moremi

No most camps have genny's and turn off the electric at night.

This is a very old entry but I would like to comment. If you do require the need for electricity for health purposes in Southern Africa, just ask the tour operator if he can add an inverter (12volt to 220volt). Some health equipment can work perfectly from the spare vehicle battery at night. Keep that in mind.
