5 Days in Kruger National Park

What would be the best way to spend five days in Kruger for wildlife sightings and enjoying nature? Should we stay for two days in Kapama Buffalo Camp and three days in MalaMala? Any clues?

What would be the best way to spend five days in Kruger for wildlife sightings and enjoying nature? Should we stay for two days in Kapama Buffalo Camp and three days in MalaMala? Any clues?

That combination should work well. Londolozi is right next door to MalaMala and perhaps a good alternative.

We spent a few days at Mala Mala. We recommend it highly. We saw all of the "big five" animals and much more. The accomodations are comfortable, the food is good, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the rangers were great.

We spent a few days at Mala Mala about 10 years ago. It was great. We had lions resting across the river directly across from the pool the day we arrived! The spotter in our vehicle was amazing. He could tell the animals in the pitch dark by the shape of their eyes! We always sat in the back with the spotter. You're up higher and can see farther.

It depends on your time. A 3 Days in Kruger National Park is fine.
