If you are into nutrition, try going on line to the Wedge or Lakewinds grocery stores.  I have taken classes at both and enjoyed them.  I love instructor Jeff Woodword, he is a wonderful chef, however, most of his classes are first and formost about nutrition.  Also, what about the Cooks of Crocus Hill?  I've never taken classes there, but I have heard good things.
