This microbrewery is on two levels -- on the ground level are found two large copper boilers, where the air is permeated with a hops scent. In the cellar is the brewery itself, where one can watch the brewing process through a glass wall. After a tour of the brewery, you can eat lunch or a supper, feasting on barbecue ribs, Danish beef, freshly caught fish, game in autumn, and Danish dairy products. The meats are especially good, as the brewery even has its own on-site butcher shop.
