There's a great atmosphere at this popular but authentic restaurant that serves ups some fantastic sushi and sashimi dishes. Try the "funamori" -- a brilliant array of delicate sushi and sashimi artfully presented on a decorative boat. Other popular dishes include vegetarian and seafood tempura, yose nobe (a hot pot of vegetables, seafood, and chicken), and chawan mushi (a steamed custard dish). The service is friendly and considerate. Make sure you wear your best socks though -- no shoes allowed!
