After a few hours of wining, dining, and people-watching at this newcomer to Agadir's dining scene, I'd almost forgotten I was even in Morocco. It may have had something to do with the topless sunbathing happening right under my nose, or the shadows cast by the condominiums of the new Mediterranean-style marina complex behind me, or maybe it was the delicious gazpacho soup and paella Valencia from the Spanish- and Italian-inspired menu. Located right on the beachfront, this sprawling hacienda-style establishment offers formal dining indoors, and a more casual outdoor area complete with a chill lounge area shaded by umbrellas of woven raffia. The menu offers the full gamut of dishes, with an obvious leaning toward seafood. There's also a separate menu of light meals that includes a good choice of wood-fired pizzas, and a breakfast of scrambled eggs. Should you merely wish to drink, there's even a cocktail menu. There's plenty of seating for everyone, though the service provided by the young and chic staff sometimes wanes when the going gets busy.
