If you're approaching Alexandria Bay from the south--in other words, from anywhere other than Canada--drive north on Interstate 81 to Exit 50, where you'll practically bump into the Canadian border. Take Route 12 East and follow it for approximately 4 miles. Turn left onto Church Street, which will bring you directly into Alexandria Bay.
