This wonderful restaurant has gained international praise and is now competing with the best restaurants on this stretch of coast. In the beautiful Hotel Santa Caterina, it enjoys a glorious setting that well matches the gourmet food: We recommend the delicate ravioli di zucchine al limone con formaggio fresco di bufala (zucchini and buffalo ricotta ravioli) as well as the buckwheat tagliatelle with shrimp and eggplant. The excellent meat selection includes great steaks and filet mignon.
