This pleasant, American-style restaurant on the ground floor of the Sadie Thompson Inn is the most refined and best place to dine in American Samoa. You can get cooked or continental breakfasts; lunches of burgers, sandwiches, salads, and a few mains such as fish and chips; and dinners ranging from prime rib to steamed Alaska crab legs with drawn butter. Freshest is the daily catch, served either grilled or poached. The attractive bar next door is decorated with posters advertising the various movies based on Somerset Maugham's "Rain." Wednesday is fiafia night, with a buffet and Samoan dance presentation.
