In fine weather, enjoy your meal outdoors in the courtyard garden. Dynasty offers an array of dishes, an extravaganza of flavors -- Cantonese, Thai, Malay, Filipino, and Vietnamese -- that take you on a culinary tour through southeast Asia. Among the intriguing possibilities is Promise of Spring, an appetizer of crisp pancakes filled with bamboo shoots and minced meat, and the delightfully named "drunken prawn," which is jumbo shrimp marinated in shoashing wine and Chinese herbs. Recommended main courses include the lobster lightly seasoned with ginger and scallions, and the Szechuan beef.
