A more reasonably priced alternative to the Sheraton , and still close to the airport, is the Ibis, a standard modern chain hotel housed in a tinted-glass cube. It may have little in the way of character -- none at all, really -- but this French-run property provides perfectly good facilities for travelers in transit, and is comfortable in an efficient kind of way. Relax over a drink in the Red Baron Bar (the name tells all).
