Not much has changed in this tidy tasting house ("The Three Little Bottles") since its 1650 opening, except that in 1816, Heindrik Bootz liqueurs took over. Fifty-two wooden casks along the wall face the bar. Open Monday to Saturday from noon to 8:30pm, Sunday from 3 to 8pm.
