Frommer's Review
At the mouth of Fresh Creek with an 18-slip marina, this complex is a favorite of the yachting crowd. The hotel rents comfortably furnished villas, each with a flair enhanced by Caribbean fabrics and ceiling fans. Accommodations open onto private patios and come with well-maintained private bathrooms with shower units. Scuba divers, snorkelers, and fishermen make ample use of the beach and the offshore waters because of the hotel's location near one of the world's largest barrier reefs and the deep Tongue of the Ocean.
The hotel has a good restaurant serving Bahamian and American dishes. Fishing charters are readily available, and scuba diving and snorkeling can easily be arranged through the hotel. The hotel's package rates include airport pickup, lodging, and meals.
Facilities:
Restaurant; 2 bars; pool; 2 tennis courts; limited room service; coin-operated laundry; nonsmoking room; rooms for those w/limited mobility

Frommer's ranks every hotel, restaurant, attraction, shop, and nightlife establishment it reviews for quality, value, service, amenities, and special features using a star-rating scale, an expression of the strong compare-and-contrast opinions that are a brand hallmark.
Other ratings provide stars based primarily on price and amenities; the Frommer's star rating is meant to quantify the kind of intangible, experiential elements that help travelers make informed decisions.
The "baseline" recommendation is zero stars--every hotel, restaurant, attraction, shop, and nightlife establishment that Frommer's chooses to review is recommended; otherwise, we simply wouldn't include it.
