Set directly on a lovely Meads Bay beach, this appealing pink-hued resort has upgraded its rooms and public spaces to stay competitive in an increasingly competitive market. The Spanish Mediterranean-style buildings feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations. The one-bedroom suites are the best, with gleaming stainless-steel kitchens, ocean views, and spacious living quarters. (All junior suites, one-bedroom suites, and two-bedroom suites have full kitchens and washer/dryers.) It has a nice big infinity pool and an on-site restaurant and bar, Meads Bay Beachfront Grill, which serves local specialties and grilled seafood. Note that construction of the Viceroy resort next door may be ongoing during your visit; ask for a room away from the building noise.
