La Paloma Pansion ReviewAfter 15 years of flying out of Germany to spend the summer in Antalya, Hans Städter decided on a more pleasurable and cost-effective option, and invested his retirement funds into the construction of this Ottoman-style house. Completed in early 2000, La Paloma still sparkles like new -- not even the bright local stone used in the construction looks weathered (no wonder, the owner is German). There are nice-size rooms with simple, tasteful decor, and ceiling fans to circulate the cooled-off air. There's the requisite swimming pool and bar, plus a children's swimming pool, in an enclosed garden courtyard. Opt for the Pavilion room and get a minibar and Jacuzzi.
