Amid the ruins of an old sugar plantation, this peaceful, good-value six-suite inn, Italian restaurant, and art gallery has much to recommend. Each simple colonial-style room, located in one of two estate villas, comes with a voile-draped fourposter bed, a small terrace, and colorful artwork; none have sea views. The restaurant, serving hearty Italian pasta and seafood, is open daily for breakfast and lunch but only Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings for dinner; soak in the beautiful ocean views as you dine on the terrace. Harmony Hall has its own little beach and dinghy dock on Brown's Bay, with kayaks and thatch umbrellas, but it offers private boat service to the white-sand beaches of Green Island, 20 minutes away (bring snorkel and mask). One of the island's best beaches, Half-Moon Bay, is just down the road.
