The dining room at this charming boutique hotel is one of the best culinary spots in Arcos. Elegant and antique looking, the decor is that of an upscale but rustic tavern. In summer, grilled partridge caught in the nearby countryside is a specialty, as is aromatically spiced leg of lamb with fresh herbs, including plenty of garlic. Whenever possible, the chef uses locally grown and market-fresh ingredients.
