This understated breezy fish restaurant inside the fishermen's harbor spot is a quirky, fun place for a seafood lunch. Upon entering you'll feel as though you have just stepped into a family kitchen; the family owned restaurant exudes a warm, relaxed but bustling experience. The seafood is of very good quality and simply prepared -- grilled or fried -- but the vegetables tend to be of the canned variety. Don't come after dark, or you'll lose out on one of its top attractions: watching the sea lions coast through the green sea water, the pelicans fly by, or even the gigantic tires from mining trucks being recycled as shock absorbers lining the docks. The owner also offers boat tours to view penguins and sea lions.
