This is a prestigious and elegant hotel with a rich history. Built in Queen Anne style in 1705, it housed the Churchill family for many years. The stylish rooms are divided between the main house and an annex. All rooms are spacious with thick carpeting and large comfortable beds. While the annex rooms are exceedingly comfortable and well furnished, they aren't equal to those in the main building. If you want the character of old England, opt for the main building.
