Crowne Plaza Resort Review
This is Asheville's leading motor hotel, lying directly off I-240, 1 mile from downtown. The Crowne Plaza chain took over this former Holiday Inn resort and completed a $4-million renovation. Standard double rooms have comfortable beds and such extras as refrigerators. There are tennis courts and an 9-hole golf course nearby.
