This is the home of the most delicious, elegant, and sophisticated chocolates in the entire region. Bill and Sue Foley have been the owners of this place since the mid-1980s, supervising the manufacture, on-site, of small-scale batches of more than 21 kinds of chocolate that are made according to the highest standards of chocolate manufacturing in Belgium. Some of the bestsellers include truffles, sold by the piece; Ecstasy Blossom, which is flavored with lemon zest, saffron, and ginger, and embellished with a crystallized violet; and a divine "Dragon's Kiss" that's artfully flavored with Japanese wasabi. Open Monday to Thursday 11:30am to 6pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 9pm, Sunday noon to 5pm.
