Frommer's Review
On the square in Decatur, this pub has old-world charm without being dark and gloomy, and features the most eclectic beer menu in Atlanta. Each of the 16 drafts -- from Germany, England, and even the Czech Republic -- is served in its own special glass. The 62 bottled beers might make it difficult for you to decide, and Brick Store also offers 26 single-malt scotches, 9 Irish whiskeys, and 8 small-batch bourbons. Many patrons come here for the drinks as much as for the diverse food. Starters include such treats as baked brie or roasted-red-pepper hummus with warm pita points. Pierogi primavera (potato-and-cheese-stuffed pasta served in a Parmesan sauce) is another popular item, as are the potato wedge fries with lots of salt and vinegar. Sit around the horseshoe bar for a real pub experience, or opt for one of several tables outdoors.
There are several great shops in the area for some before- or after-dinner shopping; you'll also find a coffee shop and an ice-cream shop.
