Located next to the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead, this is one of Atlanta's newest -- and fast becoming one of the city's favorite -- steak-and-seafood see-and-be-seen eateries. Using only USDA prime cuts that melt in your mouth, New York Prime doesn't skimp on the seafood either, offering live lobsters from 3 to a whopping 13 pounds. Triple-cut lamb chops and double-rib veal chops are other popular menu items. Service here is always impeccable, and the dark-wood furnishings and wrought-iron chandeliers give the place a dressed-up, masculine look. All the desserts are homemade and memorable. Finish off your evening with live entertainment -- and perhaps a choice cigar -- in the Martini Bar.
