We like to think of this dining complex as "Surf and Turf": downstairs is the Botswana Butchery (a carnivore mecca that's also reviewed on this site), and upstairs is Harborside, a temple to fresh fish. Seafood of all types is lovingly prepared here from fresh raw oysters to simply grilled filets to more complex fish stews. And happily, you can eat it all while taking in swell views of the harbor (ask for a table outdoors if the weather is nice). Those who don't like fish don't necessarily have to be banished downstairs, as the Harborside also has an excellent selection of lamb, beef and vegetarian fare.
