Frommer's Review
With its lace curtains, fresh flowers in anisette bottles, and Folies Bergère posters, this intimate restaurant feels closer to Paris, France, than to Paris, Texas. The French owners have maintained consistency and quality throughout the years. The most popular choice here is the prix-fixe dinner with a choice of soup, salad, or pâté; one of three designated entrees; and crème caramel (that's flan to you Texans), chocolate mousse, or brie for dessert. The main courses might include a poisson poivre vert (fresh fish of the day with a green-peppercorn sauce) or a simple but delicious roast chicken. Everything from the pâtés to the profiteroles is made on the premises.
