Frommer's Review
Park-Restaurant serves some of the best food in the center of Baden-Baden, although its cuisine is not quite as refined as that of Zum Alde Gott on the outskirts. This is one of the renowned spa dining rooms of Europe, and the cuisine and service are definitely worth the high price. The emphasis is on French (Alsatian) dishes. Specialties include pâté of quail and gooseliver, and roast saddle of venison or lamb noisettes with tarragon sauce. For dessert, try an ice-cream soufflé.
