Stahlbad ReviewStahlbad is a luxury restaurant with an elegant decor. Although its food may not be as good as Park-Restaurant's , it's the most tranquil and charming choice in the center of town, mainly because of its garden terrace. The owner, Ursula Mönch, welcomes you in the dining room. The decor and atmosphere evoke a tavern, with prints, copper vessels, antique pewter plates, mugs, and engravings. Some of the best specialties are sliced goose liver with apples and Calvados sauce; sautéed monkfish with tagliatelle; venison medallions with chanterelles, chestnuts, and cranberries; and breast of quail with broiled gooseliver.
