Frommer's Review
Owner Juan Luis Pedro Salcedo is a devotee of the lost art of Jaén cookery, and revives ancient recipes in his frequently changing specials. He runs a small olive-oil outlet and meals are made with only his own produce. Game is served in season, and many vegetable dishes incorporate ham. Among the savory and well-prepared menu items are habas (beans), filet of beef with tomatoes and peppers, partridge in pastry crust, house-style cod, and venison.
