If visiting the Cave and Basin makes you long for a soak in mountain hot springs, then drive up Mountain Avenue to this spa. In addition to the redesigned swimming pool filled with hot, sulfurous waters, you'll find a restaurant, snack bar, and home spa boutique. If you're looking more for a cure than a splash, try the adjacent Upper Hot Springs Spa (tel. 403/760-2500) with a steam room, massage, plunge pools, and aromatherapy treatments.
