Part of the Brewster family empire, the Mountain Lodge is big and full of faux-rustic features, like log posts-and-beams; it's also immaculately kept, and the service is top-notch. The added advantage of staying under the Brewster umbrella is the array of in-house options and help in finding tours, excursions, and transportation of every kind. The hotel is right in the middle of the action in Banff Township.
