This is one of the area's best-known, smaller-size hotels providing upscale accommodations. Rates are higher than the guesthouses for sure, but this brings a modicum of comfort, with facilities such as a rooftop pool, air-conditioning, TV, and, most of all, security. It can get pretty raucous in the echoing hallways, but all rooms are clean, with a pretty 1930s Thai rustic look, wicker furnishings, and comfy beds; some rooms have balconies. You can dine in their popular restaurant or feast in the many nearby eateries. There's also a mall right next door.
