Don't ask Annie why she's angry -- she might tell you! Annie and Paul Matthews, both from the United Kingdom, run this friendly, cozy, 34-seat joint. It's decorated in tropical colors with a circular bar, and rock classics play on the excellent sound system. The dishes are tasty with lots of local flavor. The place is known for its "famous" ribs, the most savory on the island. We like the garlic-cream potatoes and the fresh local vegetables. Annie also turns out fresh fish and excellent pasta dishes. Get your meal to go if you'd like to dine back in your room.
