This beautiful restaurant with a tropical decor offers alfresco dining at the water's edge. Begin with one of the soups, perhaps Pisces fish chowder or lobster bisque, or a savory appetizer like flying fish Florentine. Seafood fanciers enjoy such dishes as pan-fried filet of salmon with a crisp herb crust and a light passion fruit sauce laced with citrus juice, or else the potato-crusted filet of Atlantic salmon, a seared filet with a crisp potato crust served with a champagne beurre blanc. You might also be drawn to the seasonal Caribbean fish, which can be broiled, blackened, or pan-fried, and then served with lime-herb butter. A limited but good selection of poultry and meat is offered, including marinated chicken breast served in Bajan curry with jasmine rice and seasonal vegetables.
