This is a great little bargain if you don't need a lot of services and amenities. Le Havre Bleu has one of the prettiest facades of any inexpensive hotel in town. In a former Victorian villa, the hotel has arched ornate windows and a front garden dotted with flowering urns. The impeccable guest rooms are comfortable and functional. The in-room amenities are few, except for a phone; the compact bathrooms have showers. Breakfast is the only meal served.
