Landfall has thrived in the district near the airport for almost as long as anyone can remember. It's set within a white-sided antique home that's at least 200 years old, with a view that some locals claim is the best in Bermuda. Though far from the sea, the view encompasses large stretches of seacoast, as well as faraway St. David's Island. One of the island's best-known chefs, Sean Ming, took over a few years ago. An expert on Bermuda's cuisine, Ming brings many island specialties to the menu, incorporating fresh local foodstuffs whenever he can. Try his rockfish in orange sauce, Bermuda lobster, fish chowder, pumpkin soup, and cassava cake.
