This apartment complex lies on attractively landscaped grounds, with panoramic views of Forest Hills, Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, and Great Sound. It opened in the early 1990s. Informality is definitely the theme -- you're even welcomed with beer or wine. Five units can accommodate up to four guests each, and one unit holds two people comfortably. Each good-size apartment has one queen-size bed and one double bed, a clock radio, a combined living and dining room with a ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen with a patio, and a small tiled bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
