If you're looking for a bargain and are happy with rather motel-like accommodations, this is the place for you. This buff-colored collection of Bermudian houses sits in a gentle knoll, a 5-minute walk from Elbow Beach and a 10-minute bus ride from the City of Hamilton. Built in the mid-1970s, the complex is owned by the Portuguese-born Correia family. Nine units have kitchenettes that are attractive and compact but efficient, filled with the basic equipment you'd need to prepare a meal. All the units (which range from small to midsize) contain functional but comfortable modern furniture, plus a small tiled bathroom with shower. The apartment groupings also operate a decently priced restaurant, Paraquet. In addition, a grocery store is a mere 45m (148 ft.) from the hotel.
