At the top of a steep driveway near the summit of Lighthouse Hill, this guesthouse is convenient to the Southampton Princess, with its varied nightlife and dining options. It's a modern, turquoise-trimmed building with two wings that embrace the front entryway. Guests are welcome to gather in the living room of the owners, Russel and Jean Richardson, who are happy to suggest activities. Each tidy but small room has a balcony and comfortable furniture, plus a tiled bathroom with shower. Horseshoe Bay, the closest beach, is a 5-minute taxi or scooter ride or 15-minute walk away. You can watch ships passing by on the Great Sound as you float in the guesthouse's swimming pool.
