Frommer's Review
This restaurant, with only a dozen tables, stands in the shadow of the Zytgloggeturm (Clock Tower). It attracts businesspeople, journalists, and politicians as much for its traditional cuisine as for its cozy atmosphere. The menu may include filet of beef with whiskey sauce, goose-liver mousse, liver with rösti, or filet of rabbit with watercress. Other dishes reflect a southern Italian influence, especially the homemade ravioli. Sabayon with strawberries is a seasonal specialty. You'll relish most of the dishes, as they are prepared with first-rate ingredients.
