From the agriculturally rich province of Piedmont in northwestern Italy comes a restaurant serving specialties of that region. These specialties are showcased in four- or five-course set menus, which are frequently changed. A skilled team of chefs from "south of the border" are employed to turn out these tantalizing dishes. The antipasti is the best in town, and sometimes the rare white truffle of Piedmont is used. Other main dishes such as beef are cooked with Parolo wine. From the cellar emerges some of the finest vintages of the Piedmont.
